Terms of Service

Tombslide
Effective September 3, 2026

Acceptance

By downloading or using Tombslide, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game. If you are under the age required to consent where you live, a parent or guardian must review these terms with you and permit your use.

Using the game

Tombslide grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for entertainment. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, interfere with, exploit, or use the game to violate applicable law or the rights of others. You must not manipulate scores, achievements, advertising rewards, or online services through cheating, automation, modified clients, or unauthorized tools.

Google Play Games

Connecting Google Play Games is optional. If connected, Google may manage your player identity, achievements, leaderboard records, and cloud-saved progress under Google's own terms and privacy policy. Availability and synchronization depend on Google's services, your account, device, and network. Tombslide can also be played offline, although online features will not work while disconnected.

Advertising and in-game rewards

Tombslide may display banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads supplied by Google AdMob. Rewards, attempts, scores, achievements, and other game progress are virtual features with no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. An advertised reward may be unavailable if an ad cannot be loaded or completed.

Updates and availability

The game and its features may be corrected, updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Updates may be required for compatibility, security, or continued access to online features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or permanent availability of third-party services.

Ownership

Tombslide and its original code, artwork, audio, text, designs, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the game or its content to you.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Tombslide is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Enforcement

Access to online features may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect players, the game, or third-party services, including in response to cheating, abuse, fraud, security threats, or legal requirements.

Privacy

The Tombslide Privacy Policy explains how the game and its service providers handle information.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the game, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when that happens. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
